HTMR, the unique high throughput multidisciplinary research laboratory in Morocco that aims to promote utilization of automated and parallelization approaches for applying high-throughput and combinatorial experimental methodologies to accelerate the development of new materials and processes. High-Throughput Experimentation (HTE) is the continuation of parallel experiments using modern automated equipment and workflow design. Most of the materials are prepared using synthesis reactions where the outcome is strongly dependent on numerous key parameters. Small variations in the preparation parameters often lead to significant yield changes, and the tools to predict the reaction outcome are still in their early development. Thus, the need to run many experiments reliably and efficiently in parallel on a laboratory scale arises. The HTMR laboratory is looking for an assistant professor to consolidate their research group on the development of materials using fully automated tools allowing the synthesis and screening of large numbers of compounds through workflows design in a more rapid approach than conventional.

  • Undertake original research of international excellence.
  • Prepare papers for publication in leading journals and/or contribute to the dissemination at national/international conferences, workshops and meetings.
  • Communicate to the research projects team the development, progress and results of research activities.
  • Develop collaborative links with the core scientific staff in related program areas to gain exposure and build knowledge on experimental/research activities and approaches, in order to improve conceptual development and implementation.
