Founded in 1973, DISCO is a leading Japanese human resources consulting firm specialising in bilingual recruitment for Japanese and other international companies. Since holding the first Boston Career Forum in 1987, we have gone on to organise the world’s largest job fairs for Japanese-English bilinguals, helping to connect over 260,000 job seekers with more than 7,000 world leading corporations across a wide range of sectors. Now holding Career Forums in 4 continents in countries including the UK, US, Japan, China and Australia, our goal is to recruit a global Japan.

When establishing the first office in Tokyo, we foresaw that both individuals and employers would increasingly look abroad in order to meet their educational and human resource needs.
