Researcher in the domain of technology and taxation
For three years, the assignment will consist of scientific research within the research objectives of the Centre of Excellence DigiTax (www.ata-digitax.com). In particular, research should be carried out on the use of artificial intelligence by the tax authorities. The research will focus on the quality requirements of a European legal framework for processing personal data in the framework of AI applications in order to obtain a balance between the right to privacy, including the right to the protection of personal data and the principle of non-discrimination on the one hand and the need for effectivity and efficiency on the use of AI by the tax authorities, on the other hand.
The previous condition is an eligibility condition.
