Our laboratory studies the fate of different stem cells during development, postnatal growth, tissue repair and tumor initiation and progression (Van Keymeulen, Nature 2011, Mascre Nature 2012, Driessens Nature 2012, Boumahdi Nature 2014, Lescroart Nature Cell Biology 2014, Beck Cell Stem Cell 2015, Larsimont Cell Stem Cell 2015, Nassar Nature Medicine 2015, Van Keymeulen Nature 2015, Sánchez-Danés Nature 2016, Latil Cell Stem Cell 2017).
In this project, we will define the mechanisms that regulate stem cell fate and tumor heterogeneity.
The project is funded by the FNRS, WELBIO, and the European Research Council (ERC).
The position will be funded for 2 years with possibility of extension.
Candidates must have a MS or PhD degree. Previous experience with bioinformatic analysis of next generation sequencing data is essential.
