We welcome applications for a full time employment as postdoctoral researcher at the Laboratory of Immunology, Faculty of Veterinary Medicine. The appointment concerns the IOF-project MucoVac to further develop our oral vaccine platform via antibody mediated delivery of vaccines to aminopeptidase N (see Bakshi et al., 2020, J Control Rel for more details).
You will be responsible for the design, production and validation of recombinant antibodies as well as to evaluate these antibodies for their ability to mount protective mucosal immune responses in piglets upon oral administration. In addition, you will also explore the possibility to translate this platform to other species.
