Cranfield University is now seeking an experienced and visionary leader with a demonstrable track record to continue to grow the School of Management’s revenues, which have increased significantly over the past 2 years. The new Pro-Vice-Chancellor and Dean will take responsibility for the leadership, development and delivery of the School’s ambitious growth objectives in relation to teaching, research, business development and financial outcomes; develop, manage and sustain relationships with key external strategic partners; and lead and develop staff within the School in order to build high-performing teams, multi-disciplinary research, and a culture of cross-University collaboration. The new Pro-Vice-Chancellor and Dean will have University-wide responsibilities as part of the University Executive and Senior Management Team.
