The Enhancing Critical Ecosystems project aims to explore how combinations of sensing instrumentation, actuation, and a spectrum of edge-to-cloud data processing will improve and protect critical assets within ecosystems. The two ecosystems of focus are Next Generation Water Distribution Systems and Next Generation Smart Precision Farming, however the aim is to produce systems, algorithms and protocols that can serve more general ecosystems.
